Canadian woman becomes 5th expat to disappear in Costa Rica.

A 33 year old Canadian woman has become the fifth expat to disappear in Costa Rica since March 2009, while a U.S. citizen was shot and killed on Thursday while relaxing on a beach.
Kim Paris who lives in Santa Teresa de Cóbano de Puntarenas, disappeared Aug. 26, say judicial agents in Costa Rica.
A man, identified only by his last name Edelson, 65 was shot in the back of the head while relaxing on Play Cocles at Puerto Viejo de Limón on the Caribbean coast.
U.S. citizen, Roger Peter Biennvennu, 64 has been missing since early July. He lives in Barrio Quebradas, San Isidro de Peréz Zeledón.
In March 2009, Craig Snell disappeared from his home in Ostional. 
In August 2009, Chicago resident David Gimelfarb disappeared in Rincon La Vieja National Park in Eastern Guanacaste.
Michael Dixon, 33 a British journalist vacationing in Tamarindo, vanished in October 2009. He was last seen leaving his hotel, the Villa Macondo in Tamarindo.
His hotel room was undisturbed and his belongings were intact. after arrivingin Oct. 18 last year and his family have been running an extensive campaign throughout Central America including Panama to try to discover what happened to him.
