Tourist visa for Canadians extended to 6 months
Yasser (Alexis) Williams Arosemena (www.aroslaw.com) advised me today that Canadians are now permitted to stay in Panama on a tourist visa for up to 6 months - an increase from the current 30 days (which can be extended to 90 days)
This may be a result of the Free Trade Agreement signed between Canada and Panama earlier this year - and it is good news, especially for Canadian snowbirds - Florida is not our only option to get away from the winter anymore! Roberto
