Hi Rob,

I consulted the Immigration Office and found out that there is no resolution, decree or law by which Canadians can remain in Panama up to 6 months since April 26^th. It was an internal memo sent from the Presidency to the Immigration Office in which it was ordered that all citizens from American countries (excepting Ecuador, Peru, Dominican Republic, Haiti and Cuba) as well as from the European Union can remain in Panama as tourists for up to 6 months. For how long this will take place? We don’t know. But I guess that tourists can take advantage of that.
