Where do I get my medical insurance card?

E-mail Print PDF

Here is a question - I assume she is asking about where to get the medical insurance card . Roberto

Hi Rob, I was just wondering if you could tell me where the tourist information centre is? Is it at the airport? I have read another article about the new free insurance and it said you had to pick up a card at that location. It would hardly be practical if you could not receive them at the airport. Otherwise it would be like a lot of other things in Panama, a wild goose chase.

Thank- you, Corrine

Dear Corrine,
There is a tourist info booth at the arrivals level of the airport - rarely staffed - but you can get the card there- or they are handed out on each incoming flight. Rob
